无锡新区某外企发生这样一幕，下班走出车间的女工离开车间的时候一律被要求搜身。企业如此践踏人权的行为美其名曰为了防止盗窃！难道除了搜身就没有其他防止盗窃的方法了吗？如此做法是外国老板对中国工人赤裸裸的侮辱！
